1. Product use:
1. Vacuum storage: suitable for vacuum drying storage of biochemical reagents, medicines, optical lenses, precision components, seeds, cultural relics and other items. Dry storage under vacuum can greatly extend the storage time. The transparent container is convenient for observing the preservation status of the items placed inside at any time.
2. Inert gas vacuum storage: anti-oxidation of materials.
3. Vacuum drying: The vacuum drying process is fast and safe, especially effective for drying volatile liquids.
2. Product performance and characteristics:
1. Long vacuum maintenance time: 30-days after vacuuming, the change of vacuum degree is less than 6%.
2. Imported high-quality polycarbonate is used for injection molding.
3. Do not use sealing grease. The upper and lower parts of the container are sealed with high-quality silicone rubber O-rings.
4. The top of the container is a flat retainer, which is easy to hold. When the plug is installed on the top to seal, it cooperates with the ring-shaped protrusion at the bottom, and multiple stacks can be stably stacked.
5. There is a taper threaded hole on the top and the side of the base, and the valve can be screwed and fixed on any screw hole. The other screw hole is equipped with a vacuum gauge, which is convenient for accurately knowing the vacuum state in the container at any time, and can also be sealed with a plug.
6. The valve is a special needle valve, and the valve core is made of metal materials with precision machining, and the intake flow can be gradually and stably adjusted from small to large.
7. After the needle valve is tightened slightly with fingers, the air leakage will be zero under one atmospheric pressure.
8. The needle valve and air pipe are connected by quick-change joints. Its connecting head can rotate freely 360 degrees, and the trachea adopts imported soft nylon tube.
9. Two needle valves can be installed at the same time, one for vacuuming and one for introducing inert gas to realize vacuum storage under inert gas atmosphere

4. How to use
1. Hold the soft nylon tube and slowly push it into the quick-change joint hole on the needle valve body, and insert it reliably to the end. After inserting it to the end, gently pull it out to confirm that it cannot be pulled out
2. Connect the soft nylon tube to the vacuum source.
3. Put the PP separator and samples as needed.
4. Put the O-ring on the outer cone surface of the base, cover the upper cover, and vacuumize (press the upper cover with your hands when vacuuming, and let go when the vacuum degree rises slightly).
5. Remove the pipe installed on the quick-change joint:
(1) Fully and evenly push the end face of the flange of the blue release sleeve on the quick-change joint.
(2) Pull out the tube while pressing in the blue release sleeve. If the press-in release sleeve is insufficient, the tube cannot be pulled out.
(3) For pipes that are loaded and unloaded repeatedly, if the pipe head is severely worn and scratched, when reusing it, cut off the part where the pipe mouth has occluded before reuse.
6. Take out the sample: manually unscrew the valve and release the vacuum.
5. Matters needing attention
1. Do not expose the vacuum dryer to the following chemical substances and their vapors: strong alkalis, esters, aromatic or halogenated hydrocarbons, and ketones. These chemicals can destroy polycarbonate.
2. Cannot be used for autoclaving.
3. You can use hot soap or neutral detergent solution to clean, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not use organic solvents, strong alkaline cleaners or corrosive solvents.
4. Installation of special needle valve:
The main needle valve is installed on the base of the vacuum dryer when the product leaves the factory. When the customer needs to install the special needle valve by himself, he should use the metal hexagon on the valve body and tighten it with a suitable wrench. The suitable tightening torque is 12-14N.m (120-140kfg.cm). The pipe joint on the needle valve body has a sealant, which can be loaded and unloaded 2-3 times under normal conditions. If the sealing effect is lost, wrap a sealing tape (raw tape) on the sealant before use. When using the sealing tape, 1.5-2 pitches should be left at the front end of the threaded part without wrapping the sealing tape.
